Bert Deferme is a Linux and Open Source consultant with knowledge and experiences in a lot of Linux& Open Source domains. These include Virtualisation, Backup Solutions, Networking, Security, Scripting and so on. His knowledge and skills were built during his career at Open-Future.
Bert studied Information Technology at the University of Leuven and earned a Bachelor in Information Technology. He is a Red Hat Certified Engineer and was even as a kid (from the moment he got his first Personal Computer) very passionate about computers, Linux and Open Source.
Bert is social, always determined to find a solution to a problem, and although he is a technical consultant he has some commercial feeling. Bert is willing to think together with the customer to find the best possible solution to their problems.
